April's meeting is Thursday the 12th due to school holiday schedule.

Executive Board Meetings

Access limited to invited guests and executive board members only.

A Croce PTA meeting Agenda details topics scheduled for discussion.

Agenda items for membership meetings may be added up to 14 days in advance of each membership meeting. Requests must be in writing and can be sent to president@crocepta.com.

Agenda items for Executive Board meetings can be submitted up to 24 hours in advance by emailing the request to president@crocepta.com.

A meeting summary is sent after each membership meeting to all PTA members who are participating in our online community, BigTent. To join, click here. 

Membership Meeting Minutes

PTA members may request a copy of the membership or board meeting minutes at any time by emailing secretary@crocepta.com.

A Meeting Minute Review Committee is formed at each PTA Membership Meeting. Members of the committee are emailed a soft copy of the minutes for review. All changes, additions, or deletions are made on the advice of the committee members. The final copy of the PTA Membership Meeting Minutes are then submitted for approval at the next Membership Meeting by committee members. The PTA Secretary provides members with a brief summary of the minutes at the membership meeting.
