Online School Registration

BE SURE YOU HAVE A CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE WITH THE OFFICE. Email HERE to update your email.

Our school district has now gone to online registration for ALL LVJUSD Students.

Parents/guardians of current students currently enrolled in the district should have received an email from Student Services with instructions on how to proceed with online registration.

If you haven't received an email yet, here is a copy of what Student Services sent out.

Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District Registration Instructions

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District has launched a new online registration system, infosnap, for the 2011-2012 school year. Our goal is to provide a more effective, efficient, and accurate process for families to register and update student information electronically. An added benefit is easier access in an effort to go green, decrease costs and reduce waste. To ensure security, you will be provided with a personal identification code or snapcode. For families with multiple students in our schools, you will find this system eliminates redundancy and saves you time.  If you do not have internet access, computers are available at each of our schools, the district office, and your local library. 

Please complete this registration process for all new and returning students by August 12, 2011. Paper registration packets will be available upon request.

Registration Instructions

Getting Started 

1.  Click the following link to begin the online registration 

               https://secure.infosnap.com/family/gosnap.aspx?snapcode=jmvfp98677ncvps  

2.  You will be prompted to "Create an Account / Sign In"

•  If you are new to infosnap, select “Create an infosnap Account”, and complete the required fields.  Click “Create Account” to continue to the next step.

•  If you already have an infosnap account, you may use your email address and password to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, you may use the "Forgot Password" feature.

3.  Review the “Introduction” page and click "Next >".

Completing Registration Forms 

4.  The required forms will be pre-populated with information on file at LVJUSD. All fields with a red asterisk * are required fields.  Please review all information, complete all blank required fields, and change any information that is incorrect.  Click “Next >” to move from page to page.

5.  Clicking “Next >” on the final "Signature" page will take you to the “Review & Submit” page. Review the information entered very carefully, as this information will be downloaded into the school’s electronic student information database.  If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to the forms. You will be alerted of any required field which has not been completed. 

6.  When you are satisfied with the information entered, click “Submit” in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen.   To continue, all required fields must be completed.

7.  Once you have submitted the information electronically, you will see the “Submission Confirmation” page.  You will be given the option to print a copy of your submitted information. 

8.  If you have additional students in LVJUSD, you will be given the opportunity to begin their Registration forms from the Submission Confirmation page.

Note: It is also possible to access the Registration through Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District website at http://www.livermoreschools.com/registration and click on the Online Registration link. By doing so, you will need to enter the following snapcode (provided in email per student) for (Student name) as each enrolling student has their own unique snapcode.
